Translation:

Warning
Against espionage and connections with Soviet Russian prisoners.
1. Any connection with individuals belonging to an enemy power is espionage and will be punished with death.
2. Any connection with Soviet Russian prisoners, by speech, gesture or any other attempt at communication, is forbidden. Women are especially banned from socialising with prisoners. Anyone who ignores these warnings will be court-martialled.
3. Anyone who tries to come near a prisoner or spends time near a prison camp may be shot.
4. Any expression of sympathy to the enemy or the prisoners will have severe consequences for the entire population.
